Paul has a degree in Social Work and comes to us with years of experience in Active Treatment Hospitals and Psychiatry.

He has over 10 years in market research experience and has managed Business and Medical recruiting for a few major market research companies in Toronto. His medical background combined with his experience in market research gives him an excellent perception and understanding of medical projects that you won't normally find in recruiters or recruiting managers. His experience and Social Work background enable him to recruit and manage recruiting in situations that require a high level of professionalism.

Paul has vast experience in both Medical and Business recruiting and management across many different topics and approaches. His past experience, combined with his understanding of market research, allows him to be creative in meeting clients' needs and completing a job.
